oke3 is strictly for players aged 21 and above. Age verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. Underage accounts are immediately suspended and refunded per PAGCOR regulations.
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one oke3 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. Accounts opened with false information or to circumvent restrictions will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
All oke3 promotions are governed by clearly stated wagering requirements and expiry periods. Bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of technical errors is prohibited and results in immediate account review.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and oke3 ("oke3," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at oke3.org ("the Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of all services, games, promotions, and content offered through the oke3 platform.
By registering an account, making a deposit, accessing any game, or otherwise using the oke3 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the oke3 platform and close your account.
These Terms should be read together with the oke3 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the complete agreement between you and oke3.

oke3 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility cannot be satisfactorily confirmed.
To access any gaming service on oke3, you must first register a personal Account. Registration requires the provision of accurate, current, and complete information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number.
Each individual player is entitled to register and maintain only one (1) Account on the oke3 platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited regardless of the reason. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, oke3 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, transfer any balance to the oldest verified Account, or forfeit all Balances where fraud or abuse is suspected.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and thereafter is accurate and kept up to date. oke3 shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate Account information provided by the Player. You must promptly notify oke3 of any changes to your registered details through the Account settings or by contacting support.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. oke3 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. You agree to notify oke3 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
In compliance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable anti-money laundering regulations in the Philippines, oke3 is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests and, in certain circumstances, prior to allowing continued use of the Platform.
KYC verification requires submission of the following documentation:
oke3 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period may result in suspension of withdrawal facilities or Account closure. All documents submitted for KYC purposes are processed and stored in accordance with the oke3 Privacy Policy.
Deposits into your oke3 Account may be made using the payment methods available on the Platform at the time of your deposit, which include GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Available payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso one hundred (₱100), unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. All Account balances are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).
Deposits made via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, and InstaPay are credited to your oke3 Account balance instantly upon successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take between one (1) and thirty (30) minutes to appear in your balance depending on the receiving bank's processing times. oke3 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking infrastructure.
All deposits must be made by you personally using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to a person other than the Account holder — are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension pending investigation. Funds deposited to oke3 must be from legitimate, lawfully obtained sources. oke3 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual deposit patterns.
oke3 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or e-wallet) may impose transaction fees, which are entirely the responsibility of the Player.
Subject to these Terms and the satisfactory completion of KYC verification, Players may withdraw their real-money Balance at any time using the withdrawal methods available on the Platform.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Philippine Peso five hundred (₱500) unless otherwise specified.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within twenty-four (24) hours for standard verified accounts. Players at Gold VIP tier and above benefit from prioritised processing, with GCash withdrawals typically completed within a few hours of approval. Processing times may be extended during public holidays or in cases where additional verification is required.
Withdrawals will, where practicable, be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit ("return-to-source" policy). This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money laundering requirement. Where the original deposit method cannot accommodate withdrawals, alternative verified methods may be used at oke3's discretion following KYC confirmation.
Real-money funds that have not been subject to Bonus Funds wagering requirements may be withdrawn freely. Bonus Funds and winnings derived entirely from Bonus Funds are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirements of the relevant promotion before withdrawal is permitted. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds before completion of Wagering Requirements will result in forfeiture of those Bonus Funds.
oke3 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be displayed at the time of the offer and are incorporated by reference into these Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.
Any Player found to be abusing bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, engaging in arbitrage strategies across promotions, exploiting technical errors, or colluding with other Players — will have their Account suspended, all Bonus Funds and associated winnings forfeited, and may be permanently banned from the oke3 platform. oke3 reserves the right to reclaim any winnings generated through bonus abuse.
All games offered on the oke3 platform are governed by the rules applicable to each game as displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing bets.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the oke3 platform. Violation of any prohibition below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

Players may close their oke3 Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of pending bonus wagering) will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe. Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons should use the self-exclusion tool in their Account settings rather than simply closing their Account, as self-exclusion provides additional safeguards.
An Account is considered dormant after twelve (12) consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, or wagering activity). oke3 may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of Philippine Peso two hundred (₱200) or the remaining Balance (whichever is lower) to dormant Accounts. Players will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fee being applied.

All intellectual property rights in the oke3 platform, including but not limited to the oke3 brand name and logo, website design, software, graphics, text content, and game interfaces (excluding third-party game content owned by game providers), are owned by or licensed to oke3.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the oke3 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any oke3 intellectual property without express prior written consent from oke3.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law:
oke3 collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data provided by Players in accordance with the oke3 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to oke3's collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
oke3 complies with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines. Players have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data, subject to applicable legal retention requirements and as further described in the Privacy Policy.
oke3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to Players via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the oke3 platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.
Your continued use of the oke3 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date.
These Terms and Conditions and all matters arising from or connected with your use of the oke3 platform are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the oke3 platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately resolved by oke3's internal dispute resolution process may also refer their complaint to PAGCOR for consideration in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable dispute resolution procedures.

oke3 aims to acknowledge all written inquiries within twenty-four (24) hours and to provide a substantive response within five (5) business days. Complex complaints involving account investigations may take longer to resolve; oke3 will keep Players informed of progress in such cases.
